Isso significa uma experi\u00eancia de compra que integre diferentes canais, rastreando a jornada do consumidor e oferecendo uma experi\u00eancia \u00f3tima onde quer que ele decida comprar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas at\u00e9 quando vai durar o bom momento atual do mercado de varejo online? A explos\u00e3o de oportunidades para fornecedores de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de&nbsp;<em>e-commerce<\/em>&nbsp;vai continuar quando a pandemia for vencida? \u201cEssa \u00e9 a grande pergunta que todo profissional de Marketing est\u00e1 se fazendo. Que comportamentos v\u00e3o permanecer?\u201d, pondera Daniel Hoe, da Salesforce. O crescimento depender\u00e1 de mais investimento em integra\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos canais, e em Log\u00edstica \u2013 ponto cr\u00edtico no Brasil, que tem sido remediado com entregas em lojas f\u00edsicas, por\u00e9m para ele, as oportunidades ainda s\u00e3o muitas e assim continuar\u00e3o, uma vez que a pandemia derrubou preconceitos por parte dos consumidores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cHoje tr\u00eas em cada quatro consumidores est\u00e3o testando coisas novas. \u00c9 o que tentamos fazer desde sempre, e agora est\u00e3o aceitando\u201d, diz. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os usu\u00e1rios dever\u00e3o se lembrar de como foram tratados, e o crescimento no p\u00f3s-pandemia depende da experi\u00eancia de cada um dos segmentos que vendem de forma digital. \u201cQue marcas estavam l\u00e1 quando precisei; que Internet funcionou; quem ajudou quando eu precisava de rem\u00e9dio e n\u00e3o podia ir \u00e0 farm\u00e1cia?\u201d, questiona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodrigo Boschetti, da Stibo Systems, concorda que \u00e9 preciso oferecer a melhor experi\u00eancia poss\u00edvel para que os clientes se lembrem de quem os tratou bem. \u201cOlhamos para tudo isso como uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o perene, em que os parceiros viram que o digital \u00e9 poss\u00edvel. Entendemos que essa janela se abriu e s\u00f3 vai crescer, e j\u00e1 vimos isso de forma consistente na Europa, Estados Unidos e \u00c1sia\u201d, diz. \u201cNo mercado nacional e latino-americano j\u00e1 se provou real, e est\u00e1 expandindo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oportunidade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Willians Marques, da Tray, lembra outro fator relevante em termos de oportunidade no mercado local: se aqui a parcela do varejo online sobre o Varejo total n\u00e3o passa de 10%, mercados mais maduros como Estados Unidos e Europa j\u00e1 ultrapassaram os 20%. Na \u00c1sia, mercados como a China j\u00e1 chegam a 40%. No entanto, o ritmo de crescimento pode n\u00e3o ser o mesmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcredito que passando a pandemia, a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o vai diminuir, mas n\u00e3o acredito que os 10% atuais caiam\u201d, diz. No entanto o crescimento depender\u00e1 de mais investimento em integra\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos canais, e em Log\u00edstica \u2013 ponto cr\u00edtico no Brasil, que tem sido remediado com entregas em lojas f\u00edsicas. \u201cUm dos gargalos do com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico brasileiro sempre foi a Log\u00edstica, ent\u00e3o est\u00e1 havendo uma corrida de grandes empresas para resolver a quest\u00e3o, o que ajudar\u00e1 muito o mercado\u201d, pondera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outra Vis\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro aspecto importante que deve sustentar o interesse do consumidor no com\u00e9rcio&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e9 a cultura da preven\u00e7\u00e3o trazida pela Covid-19. Boa parte das pessoas talvez nunca mais volte aos ambientes lotados de com\u00e9rcios f\u00edsicos em datas festivas, por exemplo. \u00c9 no que acredita Felipe Russi, da Tatix: \u201cUma vez que tivermos a pandemia controlada, todo mundo vai querer evitar \u00f4nibus cheio, porque o \u00edndice de outras doen\u00e7as tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 grande.
